Description Johnston speaks about the strategic trusteeship between Micronesia and the United States. However, infrastructure destroyed in World War II has yet to be replaced, and rampant inflation plagues the islands. In closing, Johnston lays out future possibilities for Micronesia as a self-governing nation.
