Description 第四十次工作會議於民國三十九年十月二十四日下午三時，在台北中央黨部會議廳舉行，連震東主持，出席有張其昀、谷正綱等十二位改造委員。通過「特種黨務改造實施綱要草案」，修正「中央直屬職業黨部改造委員會組織規程第一條委員人數」，由本黨籌措經費補助無工作之國大代表生活費，唐縱等八同志成立聯合陣線問題小組，通過達木林旺楚克等十四同志為直屬立法委員黨部改造委員，通過青年、工人等六運動委員會和各級黨務改造籌備委員會之委員人選。
