Tape 1 Speakers include Gerard D'Amico, James Collins, Jack Lawson, Robert Spillane, and Michael S. Dukakis. The last speaker, Ken Lozano (?), is cut-off and continues on Tape 2, Side A. Tape 2 Ken Lozano finishes his speech, followed by a question and answer session. The last ten minutes of Side A and all of Side B relate to a planning meeting that is separate from the public education panel.
