Ordinarily, 15 percent of all the locomotives on our railroads are in the repair shop. By reducing that percentage to 10 we can add 3325 locomotives to the number available for use on our railroads. If we can keep more locomotives in good running order, we will help our country in the war with Germany. The nation is counting on you.
