In the face of increasing unrest in many of our large metropolitan cities, something must be done to eliminate the causes of anger and frustration for the twenty percent of the population considered poverty-stricken. The Opportunities Industrialization Center provides specialized training for the unemployed and then helps them obtain jobs.
