Description
Teller speaks about NATO, the United States' foreign relationships vis-a-vis defense, and the Cold War in light of the Vietnam War. He believes NATO allies should work together, and the United States should give the NATO allies a nuclear defense that they themselves can use with adequate safeguards. He argues for a missile-defense system.
Teller's biography includes: Director and associate director, Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, 1958-75; professor of physics, University of California, 1960-75; senior research fellow, Hoover Institution, 1975-2003.
