Item Title U.S. or UN--?
Speaker Walker, Edwin A. (Edwin Anderson) (1909-)
Date CreatedJune 14, 1963
Description

Walker thinks that the United States military is no longer allowed to defend the U.S. He resigned from the military to be free from domination of the U.S. armed forces by the United Nations. The 1964 election boils down to one basic issue: U.S. or UN? This is the issue of survival of this country under its traditions. Both parties support the UN and the communist takeover in Cuba. The new front line of the cold war runs through the UN headquarters in New York, the White House in Washington, and Havana.
