Description

Potter discusses use of a radioactive barrier, an atomic Maginot Line of sorts, that could kill approaching soldiers. Such technology presents, he argues, a promising means to prevent communist troops from invading weaker nations, protecting the world from more and bigger wars. He suggests that the use of such barriers be regulated by the United Nations.
