Description

Paul R. Leake speaks about liquor consumption, liquor laws, corruption, and the government of California. He believes the urban citizens of California do not adequately know their representatives in the government, and, thus, are poorly represented by corrupt politicians in the bag of liquor companies. He believes that California should impose stricter liquor laws and a license system to deal with the drinking problem.
