The Institute of Pacific Relations (I.P.R.) was established in 1925 as an organization to study and discuss problems in the Pacific. Unfortunately, it is used as vehicle for communist propaganda. The speaker sums up Senator McCarran's testimony on the influence of the I.P.R. in aiding communist China.
