Description
Westover states that the United States, shunning aggression, stands as the prime target for an aggressor of the future. He tells that the first day of attack could cripple a dozen of the largest cities in US and eliminate most of it's essential production. Westover declares that the air force must be strong enough to strike back immediately.He prposes that the United States must have trained men in every part of the country ready to meet disorder, sabotage, and invasion. He further states that the reserve forces must be organized, equipped, and trained to respond. Westover also talks about the Organized Reserve Corp, which has organized twenty-five combat divisions.
