Description
Not the most intellectually satisfying of Firing Lines, but Mr. Pickens's righteous indignation with the Japanese makes for good theater. TBP: "I have been given an opportunity to see some part of corporate Japan on the inside, and I want to see more of it. I want to become a member of the board of directors, I want to participate in the management of the company.... I want to be given a chance. In America you get a chance. And I don't understand why in Japan you don't get a chance."
