Description
This typescript memoir of the Gallipoli campaign of 1915 in World War I is illustrated with approximately 40 hand-drawn maps and drawings, many in color. Pike was Lieutenant colonel, British army; commanding officer, 5th Service Battalion, Royal Irish Fusiliers. Attachments at the end include some correspondence from 1919.
