This collection of photographs served as a repository used together with all other biographical and reference material as an aid in the preparation of intelligence reports. It is composed of mugshots and portrait style photographs of leading revolutionaries. This group also contains a collection of Russian and German police records with photographs and anthropometric data on individuals.
