Weddington reflects on arguing Roe v. Wade and its implications up until the present day. She says there were three issues in the case: is there a right to privacy in the Constitution, is pregnancy fundamental, and does the state have a compelling reason to regulate. She argues that twenty years later, the Roe decision is weaker given the make up of the Supreme Court.
