Description

A panel of editors from "Business Week" discuss the economic climate. Franklin dismisses the economists predicting a double dip recession as pessimists; he believes the current recession is over. Carson-Parker disagrees and predicts that rising interest rates will send the market into a tailspin. Parisi predicts that despite a current oil surplus, oil prices will continue to go up. In the future, he thinks oil production in non-OPEC nations will create a drop in prices. Farrell discusses the post-Vietnam mood of Washington.
