"Within two recent days (December 27-28, 1968) over 3,000 American officers and men in the 25th Inf. Div. stationed at Dong Du base camp (Cu-chi) simultaneously rose up to oppose the war. They held high their banderoles and slogans demanding: -An immediate end to war -A withdrawal of U.S. troops from S.V.N....You should... resolutely refuse to go to the field..."
