Description

"Conscript to Paradise" is Volkov's autobiographical novel. It was never published. The novel itself is based in part on Volkov's own experiences and in part on the diary of his wife, nee Elena Petrovna Witte, the daughter of the Russian Councilor to the Mongolian government. This digital version of Boris Volkov’s “Conscript to Paradise” is a ready-for-publication version. It complements the partial drafts in the physical collection.
