Reverend Jackson suggests the need for a rebirth of the attitude of the United States. He points out the presence of institutions but the failure of those institutions to fulfill their social purposes in American society. He also criticizes current spending priorities, displaced attitude and education as well as the welfare situation and racial tensions in the U.S.
