Description
Giving a speech to an unidentified audience, journalist Arnaud De Borchgrave makes an argument claiming that disinformation originating from North Vietnam played a "major role" in the US defeat in Vietnam. A combination of propaganda, disinformation, and irresponsible journalism influenced Congress and shaped foreign policy decisions. After the 30 minute speech there is a brief discussion session.
