Description

This interview concerns the Heritage Foundation and the conservative movement.

Towards the beginning of the interview, Arnett goes out of her way to relate a story to Edwards. It concerns Carter in the 1980 election saying the Republicans are supposed to be the party that raises taxes out of fiscal responsibility and that the Democrats were supposed to be the party that knows how to spend that money. She says article she wrote about it went unpublished by her paper, but might be in the Carter library.
