Description

This record is a broadcast dedicated to the 2nd meeting of the "Rukh" ("Movement") that took place in Kiev October 24-28, 1990. In this exact program, the anchor provides audiocuts from the speech of Ivan Drach, the head of the "Rukh". Drach speaks about the necessity of Ukrainian independance, saying that there is no future in the Soviet Union and that, becasue Ukraine is "not their country," the Soviet Union doesn't care about them.
