Description

Speech made in Babi Yar, Kiev by an unidentified man commemorating the victims of the Holocaust. In particular, he spoke about the similarities between the crimes committed by Hitler and crimes committed by Stalin. At the end of the program, there is an interview with a participant of the commemorations regarding the role of Jews in an independent Ukraine. There is no mention of a specific date but it appears to be ca. 1991-1993.
