#55 - Interview about a Moscow political discussion group. The tape says Stankevich on it - possible interviewee.

Side one has the voices of two women and one man in Russian.

Side two of the tape is in English, but has odd noises/edits throughout, making it a very hard listen. Part is a Russian woman interviewing representatives from Human Rights Watch about lobbying efforts in the United States government, the history and the work of the organization.

Date is unknown, but English section refers to glasnost and mentions several sitting congressmen.
