Interview with Uli Vagnev, a member of a coordination committee responsible for receiving and answering a wide variety of citizen complains from the high price of new passports to issues surrounding Bulgarian Turks, some of them continuing their exodus from Bulgaria. Mr. Vagnev says that the committee recieved 100 such letters during the course of the week.
