During the September 30 presidential debate, when asked to name the greatest threat to the United States, John Kerry identified nuclear proliferation and George W. Bush named nuclear weapons in the hands of terrorists. As to the seriousness of the nuclear threat, Graham Allison (who has advised Republicans and Democrats) couldn't agree more. In the following address, he lays out how nuclear terrorism is both inevitable and preventable. The Q&A was moderated by Club President & CEO Dr. Gloria C. Duffy.
