Naber argues there are eight-steps to seeing a dream come true. He believes successful people, no matter the field, are ordinary people that accomplish extraordinary feats. Naber's eight-steps are:

1. Have the dream and ask oneself how you want to feel.

2. Belief in the dream.

3. Figure out what one has to do to get that feeling.

4. Create an actual plan, looking at the tools available and making an inventory.

5. Have short-term objectives.

6. Hard work and make deposits for later returns.

7. Have the will power.

8. Performance under pressure.
