Those consequences included loss of democracy, rise of military dictatorship, and political chaos in the Middle East. Shabtai warns the public of what will come if no serious actions against terrorism are taken. He offers several suggestions on what the government can do nationally and internationally to minimize and prevent terrorist attacks.
