McGee explains the mission and the works of his organization. Amnesty International supports human rights in the United States and other countries around the world. It works with the United Nations and participating individuals internationally to seek freedom for prisoners whose basic human rights have been violated. McGee also urges the U.S. Senate to ratify the covenants that protect basic human rights and freedom from what governments can do to their own people.
