Description

Taylor examines the power of diplomacy in light of the takeover of the U.S. Embassy in Tehran, Iran. He outlines the events of the takeover, discussing international law, terrorism, and diplomatic immunity. While ambassador, Taylor helped six U.S. Embassy staff members get out of Iran before closing the Canadian Embassy and following them.
