Description

O'Connor differentiates between "narcotics" and "restricted dangerous drugs" when discussing abused drugs and explains that many teens do not understand the difference between the two. He then gives examples of depressants, stimulants and hallucinogens, highlighting how marijuana has become less taboo and more acceptable over the years. He explains much of its effects and offers programs to deal with juvenile drug use.
