Speaker Brzezinski, Zbigniew (1928-)
Date CreatedNovember 03, 1967
Description

Brzezinski argues that the civil war that raged between developed nations for 150 years is coming to an end and that conflict is now occurring in the underdeveloped world. The United States is entering a post-industrial or technotronic society, he says, that will be shaped by electronics and technology. The U.S. must respond to the Third World effectively and build regional cooperation among the continents.
